Job summary
Smart IT Frame LLC in Plano, TX seeks a seasoned DevOps/Platform Engineer with 7-10 years in infrastructure engineering. You will own hands-on work with Kafka, Terraform, and cloud automation to deliver scalable platforms.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years in DevOps Infrastructure or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on Kafka (Confluent/Apache) experience.
- Terraform IaC expertise for scalable infrastructure.
- Python and Ansible for automation and scripting.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or private clouds.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and config mgmt.
- Understanding of messaging systems and distributed/event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with security controls, risk management and compliance frameworks.

Strong handson experience with Confluent Kafka Apache Kafka
Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code IaC
Strong programming and automation experience using Python and Ansible

Knowledge of messaging systems distributed systems and eventdriven architectures
