FLSA: Part‑Time Hourly Non‑Exempt

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands‑on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

Day-to‑day Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands‑on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5‑star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture
