Luxury Pet Hotel Investment in Troy, Michigan is seeking a K9 Resorts Full-Time Pet Care Technician to provide compassionate, hands-on care for dogs and help maintain our high standards of safety and cleanliness.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a fast-paced resort, receive training and benefits including a 401(k) and health coverage, and have opportunities for career development while lifting up to 50lbs and handling weekend shifts.

• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable getting “down and dirty” with cleaning and pet care tasks
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands‑on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5‑star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands‑on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.
