Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational or administrative experience in a STEM after-school program or enrichment center.
• Experience managing high-volume enrollment operations and center logistics, including data tracking and teacher scheduling.
• Sales instincts and parent-facing communication; ability to guide conversations, understand family needs, and drive enrollment decisions.
• Experience supporting or managing instructional staff in an educational setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in education operations considered.
