Job summary

Banning Lewis Ranch Academy is seeking an Evening Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe school environment after hours at our on-site campus in Colorado Springs. This 12-month, full-time role runs Monday through Friday with evening shifts, supporting classrooms and common areas for the next school day.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior custodial experience, be able to work independently, follow directions, pass a background check, and demonstrate

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Assist with basic building security by ensuring doors and windows are secured.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate staff.
• Support set-up or clean-up for school events as needed.

Reports To: Principal/Assistant Principal

Work Hours/Days: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Typical Calendar Days Per Year: 12 Month

Required Qualifications:

Position Overview:

• The Evening Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly school environment after school hours. This role ensures classrooms and common areas are ready for the next school day.
