Job summary

hello82 is seeking an Entry-level Distribution Operations Associate in Anaheim, CA to support logistics, data integrity, and product launches for our growing K-pop distribution platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong writing and problem-solving skills, and a passion for K-pop.

Responsibilities include data entry, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with 3PL partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

Attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and logistics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
K-pop knowledge preferred; Korean language ability required for partner support.
Tech-savvy; comfortable using Sass tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Adapt to multiple roles and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data entry and maintenance of logistics data across platforms (Shopify, Google Sheets, ASN systems).
Assist the Distribution Manager with product launches and updates in Shopify and partner portals.
Communicate effectively with the distribution team, internal departments, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth shipments.
