Job summary

HOKALI in San Francisco area seeks an enthusiastic K-Pop Dance Instructor for after-school enrichment. Lead age-appropriate dance activities for elementary students, teaching choreography and rhythm with a positive and energetic, inclusive environment.

Schedule runs Sept 23 – Nov 11, 2026 on Wednesdays for 1st and 2nd grades. Compensation is $50/hour. Applicants must be 18+, complete 3 hours of online training, with opportunities for growth at HOKALI Academy.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate K-Pop dance activities
• Teach basic dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, and movement
• Create a fun and inclusive environment that encourages confidence and self-expression
• Ensure student safety and well-being throughout each session
• Adapt activities to different ages and skill levels
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Encourage teamwork, participation, and positive social interactions
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize music, choreography, and activity materials
• Keep the instructional space clean, organized, and safe
• Access to the HOKALI Academy for educator development
