We are seeking a motivated, curious, and creative Marketing & Creative Intern to support our agency team across digital marketing, design, content, and event-based initiatives. This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role designed for someone who wants real‑world agency experience and exposure to how strategy and creativity come together for clients across industries.

This internship offers the opportunity to work on live client projects, assist with campaign execution, and gain experience in branding, social media, email marketing, graphic design, and experiential marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels
  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional activations, partnerships, and community or client‑facing events
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral using Canva and other design tools
  • Write and edit copy for social media posts, email marketing, digital ads, websites, and internal materials
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns focused on engagement, audience growth, and conversion
  • Help organize, label, and manage photo and video assets for internal and client use
  • Support on‑site and off‑site events by assisting with setup, execution, and brand representation when needed
  • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and best practices to inform creative and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and strategists to support client deliverables
  • Contribute fresh ideas, creative thinking, and problem‑solving support across projects
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment
  • Maintain a weekly activity log and participate in check‑ins and feedback sessions
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned
  • Requirements, minimum education level, and experience:
  • Studies in marketing, communication, design or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently remotely, if necessary, in a suitable workspace that meets safety guidelines
  • Reliable access to internet service

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience or interest in graphic design for digital, print, and social platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly
  • Adaptable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and curiosity for learning
  • Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for agency life

Physical Requirements, Work Environment and Travel:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time. The job requires reaching with hands and arms, bending and stooping; light to moderate lifting of 15-30 pounds. The job requires hearing, speaking and writing with close eye work on a computer screen.
  • The worker is generally subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
  • Local travel may be required occasionally.
