Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s and teaching certification preferred.
• Commitment to advancing educational equity and impact on K-8 students.
• Expertise or training in the relevant discipline and data-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver standards-aligned Music lessons that support skill development and creativity.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs, abilities, and interests.
• Establish and maintain routines and classroom culture aligned to norms.
• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instruction and feedback.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events (performances, showcases).
• Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to integrate music into the program.
• Maintain an organized, safe learning space with appropriate materials and equipment.
• Model professionalism and uphold school values in interactions with students and families.
• Participate in professional development to refine practice and stay current.
