Ampact is seeking a dedicated Math Tutor for the 2026-27 school year in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will work directly with students, guiding them through math practice sessions and helping them build confidence in their skills.

The position offers 35 hours per week during school hours, with an option for part-time roles at 25 hours. AmeriCorps members receive a stipend every two weeks and have access to educational awards for further development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as email and web navigation.
• Dependable with a history of good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with the on-site coach regularly.
