Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) invites applications for a student-centered Part-Time Dance Teacher to join Elementary and Middle School dance studios. This 10‑month position runs August through June, up to 29 hours per week, including before and after school sessions and some weekends to support performance preparations.

The teacher will organize rehearsals, choreograph pieces, and collaborate with faculty to build foundational dance and leadership skills, while creating a safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in dance or related field.
• Experience teaching multiple dance styles (tap, ballet, modern, jazz).
• Minimum 3 years instructional experience with school age students.
• Experience mentoring low-income students is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Availability August through June and weekends.
