• Current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience with growth-focused coaching through observations and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and supervise students
• Experience in urban educational environments

Responsibilities
