Job summary

Great Hearts Lakeside Lower School in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a K-5 Teaching Assistant or Apprentice Teacher. You will support the lead teacher in delivering a Core Knowledge curriculum and participate in a mentorship program with a Master Teacher.

Qualifications

• AA/bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• ParaPro proficiency exam may be required in some locations (e.g., Title I schools).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to support instruction, student learning, and daily classroom activities.
• Uphold school policies and promote an orderly, professional learning environment.
