Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a Professional Development Coach (Grades K-5) in New York, NY. This per diem role supports educators with planning conferences, model lessons, and interactive workshops to strengthen literacy, math, STEM, and blended learning.

You’ll guide teachers, deliver PD, and document outcomes while collaborating with directors to ensure impactful professional growth in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Experience teaching math, literacy, technology, or STEM curriculum.
• Experience delivering professional development workshops to adults.
• Experience working in blended learning classrooms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences with educators.
• Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
• Ensure educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide report documentation as required.
• Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
