Job summary

STUDYVILLE LLC in Augusta, GA is hiring a part-time HDT Tutor for literacy instruction in K–5. You will work with small groups using our curriculum; no lesson planning required and you’ll help students close learning gaps during the school day.

The position offers hourly pay of $25–$30, paid training, a provided toolkit, and opportunities for schedule stacking across multiple schools. A background check is required and reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of teaching or tutoring in a professional setting.
• Ability to work with K–5 students in small groups.
• Reliable transportation to assigned schools.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and fingerprinting as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver literacy instruction to small groups (1–4 students) in 30–45 minute sessions.
• Use the provided curriculum and materials as designed — no lesson planning needed.
• Record attendance and daily student progress in StudyTrack.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support student goals.
