Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners and ensure all students are challenged and supported.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Integrate technology and hands-on activities into lessons to engage students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and administration about student progress and classroom expectations.
• Serve as a missionary disciple and contribute to a faith-filled school culture.
