K-4 Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, student-centered K-4 teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, and foster both academic and social-emotional growth in young learners.

ELEMENTARY EDUCATION LICENSURE

• Candidates must hold and be HQ in the Elementary K-6 (025) license area.
• Non-licensed, residency licensure candidates are eligible based upon holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.7 GPA, and 24 semester hours of related courses; OR passing scores on the Pearson Foundations of Reading test AND either the Praxis 7813 Math test or the Math subtest of the Pearson General Curriculum test.
• Examples of related courses include:
• Birth-Kindergarten, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, English/Language Arts, Family Studies, Mathematics, Psychology, Reading, Sciences, Social Studies, Sociology

Eligibility for the residency license must be established prior to a contract offer.
