Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher to ensure continuity of instruction
• Manage the classroom by maintaining student behavior and enforcing school rules and policies
• Deliver instructional material in a clear, engaging, and effective manner
• Provide supervision for students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times as needed
• Address and support the individual needs of students, providing additional guidance or assistance when necessary
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents when necessary
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
• Report any issues or concerns to the regular teacher or principal
