Job summary

The K-4 Art Teacher is responsible for delivering a comprehensive art curriculum to students in Kindergarten through 4th grade at Bunche and Hague Schools in Ecorse, Michigan. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging art lessons aligned with district standards.
  • Develop curriculum aligned with district standards, state benchmarks, and arts standards.
  • Assess and document student progress; provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate art across the curriculum.
  • Display and celebrate student artwork throughout the school.
  • Maintain art supplies within budget and organize classroom materials.
