Crossover, in collaboration with Alpha, seeks a Reading Interventionist to lead small-group K-3 sessions using structured-literacy approaches and real-time AI data. The role emphasizes dynamic instruction, data-informed decisions, and high-energy student engagement on-site at multiple campuses including Greenwich, CT.

The position requires certified structured literacy (or a Master's in reading) and a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of K-3 experience.

Qualifications

Structured-literacy certification (Orton-Gillingham, LETRS, Wilson, IMSE, or equivalent) OR a Master's in reading instruction.
Bachelor's degree in any field, plus 2+ years of full-time K-3 structured reading instruction in the past 5 years.
Willingness to work full-time on-site at an Alpha campus (list provided) and relocate if needed.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Create small-group K-3 reading sessions using real-time adaptive-app data, rooted in structured-literacy approaches.
Lead daily motivation sessions ensuring 100% of students meet weekly app targets.
Analyze AI-generated performance metrics to modify instruction during the day.
Conduct running records, fluency assessments, and decoding diagnostics to show progress.
Be an engaging, high-energy adult that students look forward to seeing daily.
