Job summary

Ampact is looking for a Math Tutor to join Math Corps for the 2026-27 school year in Macon, Georgia. You'll help students improve their math skills, working closely with small groups of students in a local school. No prior math expertise is required as training will be provided.

The position is part-time or full-time, 25-35 hours per week, following school hours. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma, being at least 18 years old, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• History of good attendance.
• Ability to make improvements based on feedback.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores.
