Job summary

Alpha recruits on-site Early Childhood Educators to guide K-3 students through life-skills workshops and coaching sessions. You will use real-time data to monitor progress and adapt activities, helping kids build confidence, focus, and resilience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

A bachelor’s degree is required with 3+ years working with children; on-site five days a week; AI-assisted instruction is part of the program, while educators lead coaching and motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; teaching certificate not required.
• At least 3 years working with children ages 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps or related settings.
• Proven ability to help young children reach ambitious goals with tangible examples.
• Experience leading structured activities for 10–15+ children and keeping them engaged.
• Ability to explain ideas clearly to young learners and redirect groups in real time.
• Comfortable with weekly cohort data and using it to guide time allocation.
• Willing to let AI handle academic instruction while focusing on coaching and life skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hour-long life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Provide individual and small-group coaching using Coachbot to target progress.
• Evaluate life-skill proficiency through Test2Pass until skills are demonstrated.
• Adapt methods to developmental stage using songs, movement, and storytelling.
• Establish trust so students take on challenging tasks and persist.
• Track cohort performance on dashboards for the team.
