Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking an Elementary School Teacher for grades K-3. You will create a supportive, engaging learning environment and plan, implement, and assess lessons that meet educational standards to foster student growth.

You will develop inclusive activities, communicate with families, and collaborate with staff to support CSUSA's mission of Strong Minds, Good Hearts. Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent; valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of successful teaching experience.
• Montessori and/or Reggio knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and standards.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and participation.
• Utilize varied teaching methods and resources for diverse learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observations and tests.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
• Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences.
