Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one to two years of clerical experience.
• Must meet the District's Basic Skills Test requirements.
• Knowledge of child growth and development or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces skills and assists with academic instruction.
• Prepares and disseminates instructional materials.
• Operates audio-visual equipment as needed and sets up classroom for activities.
• Supervises playground, cafeteria, and bus loading/unloading.
• Performs clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing and record-keeping.
• Organizes field trips, transportation arrangements and related activities.
