Boulder Connect in Miami seeks a Lead K–12 classroom educator to guide a mission-driven public charter network toward academic excellence. You will deliver data-informed, high-expectation instruction, build a strong culture of respect and joy, and foster scholars’ character growth while advancing educational equity at scale.

Collaborative teamwork and ongoing coaching will support your practice and student outcomes.
