Qualifications

• Electronic application required.
• Criminal background/fingerprinting.
• Onboarding paperwork.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required to sub for Secretarial, Instructional Assistant or Paraprofessional positions.
• Annual mandatory trainings.
• Sexual misconduct reference check with prior educational employers (if any).
• Provide the names and contact information for three (3) work-related references.

Responsibilities

• Substitute across all Hood River County School District schools as needed.
• Assignments include Kitchen Helpers, Secretaries, Custodians, Instructional Assistants, Paraprofessionals and more.
• Substitutes should not expect to be called to work during recognized school breaks.
