Job summary

Coding Mind Academy seeks an experienced Curriculum Developer to lead the design and development of STEM courses for K-12 students across classrooms, after-school programs, weekends, and camps. You will build and continually oversee curriculum to ensure engaging, up-to-date learning experiences.

Responsibilities include creating modules blending electrical engineering, embedded systems, AI, signals, and programming, plus projects that apply real-world STEM skills for diverse learners.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
  • Able to use Graph Theory and Topology Theory to build mathematical models used in AI.
  • Able to use Fourier Analysis to analyze digital signals.

Responsibilities

  • Research latest trends and advances in STEM education and integrate cutting-edge material into the curriculum.
  • Design program curriculum, instructional materials, lesson plans, and teaching strategies for K-12 students.
  • Develop course projects integrating electrical circuits, embedded systems, microcomputers, AI, data structures, and related STEM topics.
  • Draft teaching materials and assessments for STEM instructors to explain mechanisms of circuits, microcontrollers, signals, and AI concepts.
  • Design interactive projects offering real-world opportunities for students to practice STEM skills.
  • Stay current on educational trends by attending seminars and conferences in Electrical Engineering to bring authentic resources into design.
  • Suggest improvements for online courses and college application enrichment related courses.
  • Review feedback from teachers and students to adjust course materials.
