Job summary

Coding Mind Academy is seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to lead the design and development of STEM courses for K-12 students across classes, after-school programs, workshops, and camps. You will shape the curriculum and ensure ongoing success of our educational offerings.

The role involves designing program curricula, instructional materials, and projects that integrate AI, embedded systems, and data structures, while staying current with educational trends and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to use Graph Theory and Topology to model AI systems.
• Must be able to apply Fourier Analysis to digital signal contexts.

Responsibilities

• Research latest trends in STEM education and integrate cutting-edge material.
• Design K–12 curriculum, instructional material, lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Develop project-based courses integrating electrical engineering and AI concepts.
• Draft teaching materials and assessments for STEM instructors.
• Create interactive projects that connect coursework to real-world STEM applications.
• Stay current on scholarly trends by attending seminars and reviewing research papers.
• Suggest improvements for online courses and enrichment programs.
• Review feedback from teachers and students to refine materials.
