Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Georgia SLP license is required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• Professional liability insurance required for remote roles.
• Experience working with K-12 students, middle school experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language pathology practices.
• Hourly pay starting at $45+, based on experience.
• Weekly direct deposit.
• 1099 contract for remote roles; W2 contract for hybrid/on-site roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with teachers and families.
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain communication with families and school personnel; participate in IEP meetings.
