Job summary

Naples Classical Academy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12. This part-time, hourly exempt position offers up to 24 hours per week across up to 3 days with a 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Current Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with K–12 students with diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and related apps.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting/background checks within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with the ESE Coordinator.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and ESEC to support needs.
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and provide interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records per standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust services as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
