Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Downey, CA. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a relocation bonus to support candidates moving to the area.

The SLP will provide direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
