Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the Cairo, NY area for the current school year. You’ll work approximately 37.5 hours per week with a caseload of about 30-40 students and can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include direct and consultative services, assessments and IEP participation, plus collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff. Compensation ranges from $41.72 to $61.72 per hour, with healthcare benefits, housing, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Ability to work across K-12 grades.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support professionals.
• Assist in developing IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
