Job summary

Birch Agency is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school-based setting in Stuart, Florida for the 2026–2027 school year. The position offers a full-time role with possible part-time consideration and placement at 1–2 schools, depending on district needs and candidate preference.

ASAP–May 26, 2027 contract dates with a pay rate starting at $50/hour, dependent on experience. This role emphasizes evidence-based therapy and collaboration with educators and families

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred; CFs may be considered.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K–12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services through push-in and pull-out models.
• Manage a caseload averaging 60–70 students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, progress reports and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents and related service providers.
