Job summary

Cross Country Education in Maricopa, AZ seeks a local contract Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, across a 41-week duration, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll.

You will collaborate with the IEP team to deliver evidence-based OT services in the school setting. The candidate must hold a Master’s in OT, an active AZ OT license, and a valid AZ IVP fingerprint card; school-based or pediatric

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' functional abilities and identify barriers affecting educational participation and success.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and collaborate as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team.
• Deliver direct and consultative evidence-based occupational therapy services to enhance students' fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills within the educational environment.
