Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a vibrant urban school community near Chester, PA. This on-site role focuses on assessments, intervention planning, and collaboration with teachers and families to maximize student participation and success.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized OT plans aligned with IEP goals, deliver direct therapy, and maintain thorough documentation while adhering to school policies.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Pennsylvania occupational therapy license or certification
• Experience in school-based settings is essential
• Experience serving K-12 caseloads and adapting to student needs
• Comfortable operating in an urban school environment
• Pass or obtain Pennsylvania clearances
• Willing to participate in a Zoom interview
• Able to provide licensure documentation upon request
• COTAs will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations, document progress, and develop individualized OT plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative support within school settings
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and adhere to all school policies and standards
