Falmouth Public Schools is looking for K-12 daily nurse substitutes!

Requirements

• Must have a current Maine RN license
• Must have or be eligible for Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) from the Maine Dept. of Education (fingerprinting) and must pass a district-run background check.

Recommended Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of child and adolescent growth and development
• Knowledge of nursing care for children and adolescents
• An understanding of school health policies and procedures
• Competency in emergency care
• Familiarity with community health resources
• Desire to work with children/adolescents
• Recent practice as a registered nurse

Compensation

The nurse sub rate is $30/hr.
