Job summary

The Beebe School District is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Special Education team at Beebe Central Office. The role supports K-12 students, performing assessments, planning individualized therapies, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to promote student mobility and wellness.

Responsibilities include hands-on rehabilitation, patient education for families, documentation, and collaboration in multidisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience as a school physical therapist preferred.
• Current Arkansas licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans and promote wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports to care teams and insurers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
