Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking experienced K-12 educators to independently deliver Time To Teach's classroom management and student engagement training. The role is remote-friendly and designed to fit around other work or retirement, with no quotas or curriculum creation required.

You bring classroom credibility and a drive to coach and train fellow educators. Training materials are provided, and certification is included to support your success as a Time To Teach trainer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a K-12 teacher or equivalent classroom experience.
• Proven ability to present, coach, and lead adult learners.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Comfort with remote/independent contracting arrangements.

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

What the Work Looks Like:

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Come alive in front of a room and love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

The Fine Print:
