Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This independent contractor role is flexible and remote-friendly, designed to fit around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials provided.

You’ll deliver research-based professional development to teachers nationwide, drawing on decades of experience.

Qualifications

  • Current or retired K-12 teachers or related education professionals.
  • Proficient in presenting, coaching, and leading adult learners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fitting work around existing full-time positions is common.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
  • Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
  • Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
  • Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The materials are proven. The content is done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

What the Work Looks Like:
  • Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
  • Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
  • Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
  • Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve

The Fine Print:
