Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This independent contractor role is remote-friendly and designed to fit around a full-time job, family, or retirement.

Trainers receive polished materials, certification, and a supportive national network. There are no quotas or minimums; you bring classroom credibility and the ability to present, coach, or lead adult learners.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
