Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to teachers nationwide. This is an independent contractor, remote-friendly role with flexible scheduling and no quotas.

Ideal candidates are current or retired K-12 teachers or education professionals who enjoy presenting and coaching adult learners, with a bachelor's degree or higher in education.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Experience as a K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, or related educator role preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use immediately.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion.
