Job summary

ATX Learning, a Time To Teach initiative, is seeking experienced trainers to deliver classroom management and student engagement PD. The role is flexible, remote-friendly, and independent, designed to fit around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and comprehensive ready-to-deliver materials.

Ideal candidates are current or retired K-12 educators who excel at presenting and coaching adult learners, hold a bachelor’s or higher in education, and are self-motivated to work independently

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work fit around a full-time job or retirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We handle everything else.

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve

The Fine Print:

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Trainers are paid per event, and earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement. New trainers complete Time To Teach certification before delivering their first event.
