Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This is a remote-friendly independent contractor role with flexible hours and no quotas, designed to fit around a full-time job or retirement.

You bring classroom credibility and experience; we provide complete, ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day trainer certification delivered virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Experience presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers for immediate classroom use.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
