Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national trainer team and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. You will work remotely as an independent contractor and receive ready-to-use materials with trainer certification.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no quotas, and the support of a nationwide community of trainers. Prior experience in PD and adult learning is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers or educators with PD delivery experience.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor (1099).
• Comfortable presenting and coaching adult learners in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers.
• Support classroom management and student engagement using proven strategies.
• Train educators across public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
