Delta-T Group is seeking Paraprofessionals for the 2026/2027 Lancaster school year. Paraprofessionals support students one-on-one or in small groups to ensure safe, nurturing, and academically engaging environments.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years working with children and a high school diploma or GED. Hours are school-based, Monday through Friday, with the role typically offered on a temporary basis with potential for Temp-to-Perm.

Qualifications

• 2 year experience working with children.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment.
• Provide students with goal-oriented support that fosters independence and the ability to display socially acceptable behaviors in the school environment.
• Client negotiable Temp-to-Perm.
