Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking Occupational Therapists in Phoenix, AZ, to provide direct therapy services in schools. This role offers exceptional compensation starting at $2520 weekly with a flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week. The ideal candidate must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a valid Arizona license. You will be responsible for executing assessments, planning treatment, and collaborating with students and parents to enhance their educational experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to our exceptional students.
• Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations and provide timely documentation.
• Attend all parent conferences services and assessment results.
• Follow Medicaid billing procedures, including all required documentation.
• Implement screenings and perform evaluations.
• Identify treatment options and create and maintain student IEPs.

Education

Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution
