Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Teachers for K-12 classrooms throughout Duval County, FL. You will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality reading and math instruction to diverse student populations.

You will work with supervisors, educators, and aides to implement program components and maintain records of student progress. This role supports Title I initiatives and requires strong instructional delivery in small groups within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Active FLDOE Teacher Certification or FLDOE Statement of Eligibility (preferred literacy and/or math).
• Experience working with Title I students is a plus.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location is in a school building with stairs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify Title I students and plan instruction.
• Deliver effective instruction in a small group setting and administer pre/post assessments.
• Track student progress and data to support learning goals.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment and supervise students in Title I spaces.
