Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Waddell, AZ. Independent CONTRACTOR 1099.3-5 Days Per Week; very flexible. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Arizona Dept of Education Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students through screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals to address each student's unique communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students with speech or language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social participation in the school environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation, track student progress, and contribute to IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities.
