The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and experienced, holding a Bachelor’s degree with state teaching certification and strong classroom management and communication skills. Collaborative, safety‑minded教育 environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with state teaching certification.
• Previous K‑12 teaching experience preferred.
• Understanding of child development and classroom management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and adherence.

Responsabilités

• Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standards.
• Encourage development of students’ critical thinking skills.
• Prepare learning materials and assign homework.
• Take attendance and grade assignments with feedback.
• Document students’ learning progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Report and document behavioral incidents.
