Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide digital animation enrichment services for K–12 students. This is a potential contract assignment, not an employee role. Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, and objectives.

Contractors may use provided materials or their own methods, with site requirements and safety guidelines in place. Start dates occur throughout the school year, and compensation is hourly per completed instructional hour.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits or as required by assignment or site.
• Experience with animation, digital media, motion graphics, visual storytelling, film production, graphic design, or related creative technologies.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or leading activities with school-age students.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Chromebooks, Wick Editor, web-based animation platforms, or similar educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate digital animation sessions;
• Introduce animation principles, storytelling, and design through project-based learning;
• Adapt activities based on student experience, site requirements, and technology;
• Support students in creating animations, motion graphics, stop-motion projects, or digital stories;
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment;
• Communicate needs or concerns with Concorde and school staff;
• Complete a brief session completion form after each session;
• Follow site safety and student-protection procedures.
